25 Mile Bike Workout In the Mid- to High-Aerobic Zone

Ok, so my 2nd ride of the week needs to be in the mid- to high end of my aerobic zone (not a problem for me considering I’m usually riding that way most of the time). Started off on the ColumbiaTri and IronGirl course and then headed out to Rt 144. Was great not to deal with the wind for a change.
