This workout was quick but REALLY effective! If you don’t have a medicine ball you can use any weight, or no weight at all if you are a beginner 🙌🏻
The first exercise will really challenge your core strength! Ab exercises always look so easy but THEY ARE KILLER. Not sure I could have handled more than these 25 minutes that’s for sure 😂🔥
I actually did this workout as a circuit to make it quicker but you can do straight sets of each exercise if you prefer. .
