AGRESSIVE VS SUSTAINABLE FAT LOSS
Fat loss is a tricky topic and there a TON of approaches to fat loss, in this video I’m explaining my view on fat loss, how to approach and how make your fat loss goal work for you.
Aggressive fat loss being, dialling in a 8-12 fat loss plan that’s going to make you lose 1-2lbs a week which is hard. Which is SUPER HARD adhere to. But if you can pull it off and you feel like you can make that happen, you’re in a good mental headspace and your relationship with food is good, you can pull it off, you enjoy training etc. If you can dial all of this in and you know that this is a short term plan. You can go for this.
If you don’t want this. The sustainable road is your way to go. Dialling in a less hard plan, a plan with which you can eat more foods you like, you have more calories to play around with and you don’t have to train as much or as hard than you have to do on the aggressive plan. This is a plan that you can adhere to for 1-2-3-4-5 YEARS, yes , years. If that’s necessary.
I think there are 3 main factors you need to master when you want to enter an agressive fat loss phase.
Your mindset seriously, your mindset is everything, why do all of us not believe and believe that we can do everything we set our minds to. The mind is a huge thing.
Your DISCIPLINE. Discipline equals freedom, hold yourself accountable to things and you’re able to make this work for you. Seriously.
Adherence to the plan. Making a plan or getting your coach to make a plan for you is one thing. Combining your mindset and discipline in your life to adhere to this plan is a whole other story. I’m creating a video on this topic soon. This will be a RANT so I can riff into a certain group of people. Make sure to be on the lookout for that!!!
