    i am 182cm tall.
    Currently I want to eat 2200 kcal, wich 160g protein, 60g fats and 230g of
    carbs, is this right? I’d like to bulk up a little, after my summer
    vacation should I keep with the 2200kcal or go up to 2400? thanks in
    advance
