This weeks Vlog is about focus, I decided to make plan for my diet to get to my goal. I am at 104 kg at 35% body fat and I want to be 80 Kg at 10% body fat. If I lose ~1 kg a week for about 30 weeks will get there in the next 6 months. Excercise has always been a fun conerstone in my life, but dietary consistency not so much.
