  2. Hey Radu. Amazing content as always! Just regarding the discussion about
    fasted training your conclusion was that it could be detrimental now to
    muscle growth. I take BCAA before my workout to help with this and to
    continue my fast but would it be better to have a pre workout shake as well
    to ensure you are getting adequate protein in the body before training or
    is this going to reduce the level of Growth Hormone to much?
