  2. Can someone please help me to know if I am on the right track? I listened to this whole video and still am unsure if I’m doing it right. I’m 52 and just over 200lbs (5’6”), with a weight loss goal of 50lbs (GW 150). I began IF 6 weeks ago with a major reduction of carb intake. (Tried keto, but never got my macros right) I’ve lost a total of 15lbs, but I’ve had a few “splurge” days where I have eaten some carbs during my eating window. Currently I am on a 18/6 schedule, but can do 20/4 and also, occasionally have done OMAD. I just need someone to tell me in bullet points what the “rules” are for losing weight on IF. (not directing me to another video to watch, please. I am watching lots of videos and still not finding my specific questions answered.) I also walk 30 minutes to an hour daily, attempting to get my 10k steps in. On Keto, you have to be so focused on fat intake. Can I ditch Keto and just eat regular food, paying more attention to caloric intake, with a fair mixture of fat, protein and carbs, alongside my walking and 18/6-20/4 IF schedule? THANKS in advance.
