  1. Hii….i want to start working out…what do u suggest how should i start ? I am a 26 yr old female weighing 75 kgs

    1. Shachi Shrivastava that’s not bad rather nice one. You need to take baby steps if you are a beginner ,like brisk walk for an hour to take a start and then go for jogging. Then you can opt for proper cardio like running or skipping rope or climb stairs . or any other cardio like zumba.
And after that you can include weights too. Your target should be weight training. Also focus your diet avoid junk and sugar. Eat healthy and eat regular meals and increase water intake. It gonna take six months for you to hit your goal if you remain consistent.
